On April 2, Innova Strategies received approval from the SBA to participate in the SBA All Small Mentor-Protégé Program with MartinFederal Consulting. The Mentor Protégé program encourages prime contractors to help small businesses increase their participation in federal contracting opportunities and to establish long-term relationships with prime contractors. Under the initial 3-year agreement, MartinFederal will assist Innova Strategies, an SBA Certified HUBZone and Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB), to enhance Innova’s business development, technical capabilities, and business infrastructure. Focus areas will be Human Resources, Business Development, and Contract Transitions.
